Screening: Making Space - A Halifax Story

See the Turret Arts Space on the big screen at a free screening of Making Space: A Halifax Story, at Paul O'Regan Hall on Thursday, November 13 from 6:30–8:30PM.

This feature-length documentary features three iconic art spaces — The Waiting Room, Turret Arts Space, and the Bus Stop Theatre — to explore the process of urban change in Halifax and the efforts required to preserve space for community and expression.

The filmmaker, Gareth Wasylynko, will introduce the film and participate in a lively panel discussion after the screening alongside special guests Kathryn MacLellan (Kazan Co-op, Strategic Arts Management), Sebastien Labelle (Bus Stop Theatre, Mayworks Festival), and Alexis Cormier (Strategy 6 Consulting, Turret Arts Space).
